The site isn't loading at all on my end. At first I thought it was just down as usual, but it worked fine when I used a proxy.

I thought so too at first, but I tried to access it through a proxy in my own country, and it worked just as well as it did with the American proxy.

It looks like RG are just sweeping up their uploaders. Only they know why. Too bad I'm not on a dynamic IP anymore.

friends some dns servers are down in USA (all main rooters are in usa) , do not forget this (check fbi.gov why) because of it connections are slower and pings are HIGHER today.
