They obviously add new restrictions to free users, which looks like a regional IP limitation.
My visitors complain they can only download 1 ~ 3 files everyday.
They have to change their IP again and again, up to 40 times, in order to download 3 files.
On my sites, I have announced that I will stop using RapidGator on Aug-01.

I haven't made a decision.
At least I still have DepositFiles for PPD, but it's not suitable to every uploader.
It depends on what files you are sharing.

Now I'm considering File4Sharing, FileReactor, and Lumfile.
I guess you already know there are some negative evaluations about them, so I'm hesitating.
