and today I saw download speed is limited for each connection to 10 mb/sec. And I can not open 3rd connection
it disconnect me. its really abusive. I tried it with my 2nd rdp to be sure they banned my ip or not. Same problem.
yes 20 mb/Sec is good, they had informed us about it .

and I saw today oteupload put 10 mb/sec limit for each opened port. And If I open 2 port (2 simultaneous connection), there is no problem, if I open 3rd connection one of two connection disconnect by server
I tried it several times with JD , I think its a kind of bandwith protection. I checked with other companies and all are over 100 mb/Sec (10 x 10), if its a bug of JD please contact with JD coders.

You should not be having this download problem. I have submitted this complaint to our support team and they will figure out what the issue is and I will relay it back here. They are out of the office today for Christmas but will be back first thing tomorrow.

how can I upload with ftp ?

FTP is for premium users only. Max file size is 2GB and can be accessed up to 2 hours after premium accounts have been purchased.

We are glad that you are happy to work with us. FTP is there but as stated it is only accessible to premium users at this time.

its for premium only .
if you use zoom or web upload, you can upload to 10 gb
with ftp , max limit is 2 gb

2GB is the limit for FTP at this time.
10GB is the limit for all other upload methods.

why ftp upload for preminum I dont want to use zoom I never like it

We recommend Zoom Uploader as it has proven in our tests to be the most reliable method outside of our Web Upload methods.

if they give ftp to free users I support them other wise I dont think I give money for host for work

We have plans to hopefully enable FTP for all users in the future but at this time since we are only just starting out it is limited to Premium Users only.

According to the team that is developing these new updates they plan a New Years Launch Date set for 12 AM GMT January 1st, 2013. They are working night and day to get the updates completed. They say they are finishing off the last few things and it should be ready to launch at that date.

I am sorry that it has taken a little longer than we expected but we know that when our users see the amazing things that we have worked into this update they will love OTEUpload even more.

Problem should now be fixed. You dont need to worry about those details those are started downloads we will have it updated with completed downloads as well in the upcoming update in the new year.

Jdownloader problem...why.?

There is nothing more we can do with Jdownloader's support team other than sending them an email to fix the errors. We have contacted them and I hope they will fix the problem you guys are having tomorrow.
