This is an issue from Zoom Uploader. We have forwarded this to them, it is in their hands now.

We were experiencing a few technical problems yesterday they should all be fixed now.

Just replied, according to our support team they say that it is a problem from Zoom Uploader's end. We have notified them of this issue and are awaiting a response.

Indeed, website is a little slow.

Maybe its caused by increasment of visitors...

Think you need to upgrade your servers ;P

ftp is not working again

FTP was experiencing a few problems yesterday it should now be up and running completely.

Got a message from a admin of oteupload and he said they have fixed the site and now they are working on fixing the ftp and he said everyone should use zoom until ftp is fixed.

You can use any of the Web Upload options if FTP is not working for you.

remote uploading is working

You can also use the Web Upload options or Zoom as stated before.

you can use browser upload (flash)

FTP should be up and running if it is not then please use one of the other Upload options at this time.

Anybody know how long are the files without download stored on the server as a premium member? FAQ on the site says 30 days with 500GB extended but the advertisment on the buy premium page says never deleted for premium. which one is right?

If you are premium your files will be stored forever. the 30 days with 500GB storage is just for the registered users, not premium.

Premium users do have access to FTP, it should be up and running if you cannot get it to work please try using an alternative method.

Both Zoom Uploader and Web Uploader is working on our end please send an email to support@oteupload.com if it still is not working for you and they can walk you thru getting it set up.
