Hi everyone!

My name is Talia and I am Payoneer's director of community. I see that there has been quite a lot of discussion about us here in the past, so I wanted to introduce myself and let you know that from now on, I will be monitoring this forum in case any of you have any questions.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have in this thread, but I will also be monitoring for other threads, don't worry. ;)

Payoneer Should open a office in India and be a Payoneer India Privet Limited.
- :fly: Now as Paypal did and one by one they are changing the Indian Policies - First you can't store money on PP account and You have to use your CC everytime on PP to shop. But by their latest updates Paypal get a Indian Help Line from India, they allow keep the money on PP for 24hrs and you don't need to add your Debit Card once end of the month your spent money will be deduct from your bank account.
See do something like that.

You can wait for the most recent card that I sent, or if you'd like we can send a card via DHL shipping. Currently we're just waiting for the shipment to be delivered by your local postal service.
 
Currently, no, 2CO does not support our Global Bank Transfer Service.

If you'd like to receive payments from 2CO using our GBT service, I very strongly you contact them and request that they enable it.
 
I have a payoneer card. The problem is that I had another paypal account in the past which had US payment service attached to it and that account got closed for unknown reasons(it still has some positive balance.) Then I opened another paypal account (Saudi Arabia)
Saudi Arabian paypal accounts have the option to withdraw directly to debit or credit cards. But today someone told me that it is not possible to withdraw directly to a payoneer card from my paypal account. Is that true? I used this card to verify this new paypal account.
The US payment service details can not be removed from the old account. Now is there a solution for me? I mean can you remove the old US payment service details and add a new US payment service to my card?

@heart_tracker please PM me with the email you used to register and I will check your card status.

@someuser You can remove your US Payment Service information from your old paypal account and try adding it to your new account. If that does not work you can contact our support about issuing new US Payment Service information.

You can download a monthly account statement in your My Account. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to private message me.
