Hi everyone!

My name is Talia and I am Payoneer's director of community. I see that there has been quite a lot of discussion about us here in the past, so I wanted to introduce myself and let you know that from now on, I will be monitoring this forum in case any of you have any questions.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have in this thread, but I will also be monitoring for other threads, don't worry. ;)

Hi!

I just registered Payoneer to receive my payment from Clickbank but my mastercard will arrived at the middle of March.I read the rules that If I want to receive payment from US I need to apply to US payment service.So should I do it now or I need to wait for my mastercard first then apply

Hi,

You do not need to wait. You can apply for the US Payment Service now. :)

Hi,

To apply for the US Payment Service please DM me the email associated with your account and I will send you the questionnaire.

Yes, the card was sent via standard mail.

You can view a full list of pricing and fees associated with your card by logging in to your "My Account" page under "General Information" you will find the "Pricing and Fees" tab.
 
hi i'm from Tunisia and i made an account and i requested for a payoneer card i followed the steps and i uploaded my card identity front/back images and i still waiting it's been now more than 2 weeks my friends in Tunisia have received their cards but i did not :(
please help me

Hi Nissim

i have signed up a week ago through an affiliate link and uploaded my ID, and i didn't get any reply since then, and when i log into my account i only see " Your card has not been approved yet."
how long exactly does it take ?
 
Hi, I've referred a few friends already as seen in my email, is there any link where I can see the total of my referrals or something?

You can log in to your Refer a Friend account, with the link you used to sign up (the share.affiliates link) and see the status of your referees there.
