Hi everyone!

My name is Talia and I am Payoneer's director of community. I see that there has been quite a lot of discussion about us here in the past, so I wanted to introduce myself and let you know that from now on, I will be monitoring this forum in case any of you have any questions.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have in this thread, but I will also be monitoring for other threads, don't worry. ;)

I think not recommended use payoneer mastercard for paypal verification.
Paypal get verified after add payoneer mastercard, yes. But when paypal limited, they denied account statement from payoneer because they think payoneer mastercard is VCC (virtual credit card). Paypal not allowed VCC.

This happened to my friend yesterday. His paypal limited then upload account statement from payoneer but denied. Then my friend call paypal, they denied account statement from payoneer because they think payoneer mastercard is VCC.

from my self, payoneer is the best for me to receive payments from payoneer affliate then withdraw to ATM.
 
@derecnacoks: It can take several business days for the documents to be reviewed. If you don't receive a reply within the next 24-48 hours, please send me a PM with the e-mail on your Payoneer account.

@lokalarea: The Payoneer card is not a virtual card, and is a physical Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card. Please note that PayPal has many additional regulations related to accounts, and it's very likely that your friend's account was limited for some other reason. Payoneer works with thousands of companies and millions of people worldwide, many of which use their card to make purchases on PayPal.

Also please note that the Payoneer card is prepaid, and any attempt to charge the card via PayPal when you do not have sufficient funds would result in the charge being declined. While you can download monthly statments via your online account, if you are in need of a signed account statement you can contact our customer support department and request one: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx

So regarding the intention of withdrawal from webmoney, the fact of Having a Payoneer card would be irrelevant? I mean, anyway got to ask for a webmoney card, which has no relationship with Payoneer?

There is an option on the WebMoney site to order a Payoneer card through them. In order to receive your WebMoney payments to Payoneer you need to have this specific card.

What that may means ?
 
Our account approval department is asking for information on how you would like to receive payments. Are you looking to get paid from a Payoneer partner, or via the US Payment Service? Please provide specific information in reply to those questions, including the screenshots requested, so that we can proceed in reviewing your application.
 
Hi,
I am from Maldives. In my country, we can't recieve money through Paypal.

So I was wondering, if I link my paypal account to the credit card that Payoneer send me, I can receive money through it?
