Didn't try Alertpay/Moneybookers but I've never had a problem with Paypal. Was paid 3 days ago for a request made 9 days before the payment 
When I upload the files by FTP, it shows the files are uploaded sucessfully
but I cannot see it in my netload file manage
why?

i want to request a payout....i want to withdraw money to my paypal account ....should my address in netload account match with the address of the paypal account??

What is the meaning of these 2,3,4 plans. i don't understand.

You can choose between four PPS Plans:
Plan 1:
A fixed amount of $12 USD for every initial order.
Plan 2:
90% revenue share of all initial orders.
Plan 3:
60 % revenue share of all recurring orders.
Plan 4:
30% revenue share of all initial and recurring orders.

it indicates very clearly.
plan 2 : 90% of initial orders : downloader buy sale 10$, you earn 90% of 10$ = 9$.
plan 3 : 60% recurring orders : downloader had buy premium through your link, now they extend it. you earn 60%

The upload speed is better with premium account or with FTP? Because the upload speed for free user is very slow.
