Yea but why they still list alertpay as available payout method, and they also told me they still use alertpay via email, and don't forget that we pay fees while requesting payouts and netload is the only host who charges users with additional fees upon requests + when we receive payments through alertpay we pay high fees of alertpay.

Guys - hacker has my User ID and have hacked the account about 6 TIMES already and whenever i get new password from Netload the hacker gets the account back no matter what i do (changed pw , changed email , changed nickname) what else i can do to keep that F***er away from my account !!
