I'm a premium user. A lot of files were deleted but I don't see report on Removed Files
Checked Storage report and I see today 1TB+ were deleted
Update: Checked again and now they're removing inactive files for premium users
I'm a premium user but I still see: "This file has been removed due to inactivity."

To make you clear,

the officials never answers properly. Few days ago i have asked how i know my used data storage space and they passed me with no answer but replying shitty things instead.

Also, The other discussions starts when i said, I am better with Filefactory.

Peoples will surely go offtopic when the officials does not reply in time or properly. Then peoples will start saying "That/those/This filehosting is better ETC" this is simple.

I understand times are hard and some people choose this to blow off steam.But really, we aren't holding
anyone back with chains, we got to where we are because in the bottom line we offer the better deal and
have a healthier relationship with our affiliates.

As I have already mentioned, the fees issue is currently being negotiated, patience please.

We had many of inactive files, thats is the reason.

You should make trust with your customers before they buy a premium account from new filehost added in your blog.

about Bitcoin fee's, we convert bitcoin money to cash/bank transfer money, and this cost fee's.
