Most of the times, he ignores this. I think only WJ staff can fix this by asking them.
Wj staff cares more of it's advertising things so this is one of them and i expect the same.

Used Nitroflare and lost my 8-9 days works. No earning no sales. I am better with Filefactory.

I'm a premium user. A lot of files were deleted but I don't see report on Removed Files 
Checked Storage report and I see today 1TB+ were deleted
Update: Checked again and now they're removing inactive files for premium users
I'm a premium user but I still see: "This file has been removed due to inactivity."

They are started playing with users recently so we can't expect the things get back to normal. What it can get worse and worse in future.

This is the filehost of money whores. If not money whores, how a 12 usd btc payment has 2.4$ fee? Same for webmoney? How stupid we are who still buying premiums from here.
Shit. At least other big companies never did same with us yet including Uploaded, Rapidgator etc.
Anyway, it is still your choice. I am disappointed with them. I have many big data files which are being shared in big sites and no sales yet. It must be a joke. Also here, you can't get PPD so no use of it if no sales.

They are one of the best out there who are online since many years and still paying.
I came back to the uploading world after few years and i got money in 24 hours only to Payza.
I think WJ has terms already so you should check them out before telling someone Scam.

All warez mate. And uploading this for a long time.
Still many uploaders are using this site.
DMCA deleted data -
They will delete your data which are reported and it is acceptable as their terms are telling you enough regarding this matter. What about some of the recent Filehosting sites which are offering good rates and does not delete reported DMCA data that much but one day they Leave with your money?
Maybe 100$ minimum Payout and only with Payza so not many are using Filefactory but they are not scammers. Still many good download generating users are using this.

Also, Do you know filefactory is Older than Rapidshare and still pays? This is wondering fact in recent days and you hardly get some filehosts like this who survived for many years.
