should close this thread as something plot nirafile
then lose all files and money from users
returns with new promises and over again is going
 
some users here just love posting !!!
I post before and said we are working to at the main server
so its normal the site is not working or slow

and now everything is fixed and working great
and the main server is working fine and fast

the questions that are still unanswered are not about the site.
 
Getting this ERROR from last 2 days "Downloads are disabled for your user type" whenever I try to download anything from my premium account.

Downloads are disabled for your user type

that message keeps on popping on windows whenever i am trying to download any stuff in premium mode.And the interesting part is that when i logout from the premium mode and try to download the file, download is working.

but, as we all know, in premium mode, there is no capping in downloading speed and one should receive full bandwidth speed, and in free mode, though one can download the file, but there is capping on download speed.

i want to ask nira that how come in free mode, downloading is working fine and in premium mode, it keeps on saying the message "erropr:Downloads are disabled for your user type".


If this is some type of bug than rectify it as soon as possible otherwise whats the use of premium mode and do reply for that

premium accounts at nirafile.com is for uploading to get more space and share your links to earn

premium is not used at nirafile to download

free users already got the best speed for downloading

since many users used the free premium code and create many accounts and post the premium account details data at many forums we decided to do that with the premium account

since we have no premium accounts plane at our site so it is free just to upload not to download


I will back in 24 hours to look for any issue you have guys

as u said, nirafile premium is only for the uploaders but what the use of it when the subscribers not getting the full speed downloading on its links, 2 days back, all things working fine and i am getting full downloading speed according to my bandwidth but for about 2 days, as u said, u start capping on downloading in premium user.

so i request you not to stop downloading in premium mode and start the service as soon as possible

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@nirafile.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
 
so many complaints about server issues, pending payments, files removed, banned accounts, etc.

nira will rest in peace when this thread is closed. :wave:

same here,eror when clicking myfiles,
fix it please nira

we said before we are working and fixing all those problems for better performance
there were some issues and we lost small data while fixing it

everything should work good now

if anyone has any problem from now just ask me and I will happy to help

Everything is running very well now, after a couple rocky days. Will give your site until this weekend before I'm fully confident enough to upload and post work w/o seeing it lost or deleted. Keep up the good work

Nirafile is improving good :) people like you will not affect it trust me :)
so it better for your to stop doing like children and that at your home NOT HERE ;)

When did i get banned? Show proofs Or your are liar. Ops... You are a already liar and all know it. maybe double liar or something :-= You delete all paid members account and now calling others a cheater? You are the child who don't know how to backup site, tell me you backup it :-= NiraFile is one of awesome site that always get in to some trouble one day before pay day! Isn't that best? Tell me your ads sites don't pay you?
