Why do you all suppose he's not going to pay? I can understand him! A lot of people would request fake money, how he can pay without proofs?
If everyone request IE 10 $ that he never had he'll end his money, that's obvious. And don't tell me everyone is a fair person becouse we know how many scumbag steve there are ot there. ;)
