everybody uses 4 5 tabs . it make server is overload . while i only use one tab and it's so slow
yes mate, coz it's one server, when any abuser abuses the server, it will effect to all users even if they using 1tab

Yes, I've terminated his account, and livechat was only for sales perpose, as I've closed the new orders, I'm no more available on livechat till we add more servers. Now we'll just work on tickets.
When they come to livechat and cries I'm feeling so sad and unsuspending there accounts and it repeats again, my partner shouts at me :facepalm:
I've learned a lesson, I shouldn't show mercy with abusers in bussiness..

No more chances mate, as they've agreed to follow the terms and still abusing (there chance has over already), But I was still giving the chances everytime they abuse, I was giving chances to change, not to abuse again

I wasn't even my lappy coz of the internet disconnections and power cut sometimes
