I had the same problem like WhiteHot.

My account was suspend because I cant download more than one file at same time!!!

it's an answer reasonably...?? And they didnt make the refund!
 
Well in fairness I submitted a ticket and within 2 hours it was restored. I don't know how long it was offline before that though...:|

I don't really expect a refund if I get more of an explanation than 'I was around other users' lol.8-)
 
Well i have proof of everything, just imagine if someone else abuse the server and you cannot use our service then you will blame and keep asking for refund.... :|

so i have to suspend you , i request you to please limit your downloads/uploads at a time or buy the VPS....

see the proofs above... it shows 7 downloads at a time... that means you alone leeching load of 7 accounts... we have already mentioned everywhere thats its only for personal use.. not for your class mates or public...

On that moment only me was using, but its normal that a rapidleech can download ONLY one file at same time? I think in other servers that is allowed.
 
MpApQ : no, many rapidleech hosting providers don't allow it like the popular ones, smaller and unprofessional companies do allow but you will always face problems it them, we are here professional web hosting providers.

Reasonable is one download at a time, 4 upload windows. Opening 7 RL windows is not fair use.
Regarding server load, if the host's servers are not oversold, two or three should be OK.

Although some sborg providers allow three open windows.
 
I didnt have 7 windows opens. Maybe was rapidshare, but is not working, i cant download, maybe the script counts that!
