^ well keep a threshold for both free and prem so when they get good speeds as free they are more inclined to buy prems in order to fully utilize it :)
 
NO,It wont...
People will buy premium if they loves your site...And you are not going to provide the full bandwidth
If you give 50-100 kbps speed,People will hate it.Now,pls dont compare your site with Extabit/Netload etc..Those sites are established.But you are not [Sorry,Not being offensive,But its true,I love ML though]...Don't you think to compete with the top filehosts you need good word of mouth?You need to be free users friendly.There were some sites who only thought about sales,they acted like cashwhores after few month they were vanished!!!Just grow your site,lets enlarge the megaload community and then think about cash.
 
Here are the new download speeds:

Free user download speed: 150Kbps

Registered user download speed: 200Kbps.

Please let us know if this is better for you guys :)
 
Inteq is about right but for me Free : 200 ( too much and they wont even register) Reg : 300-350 ( More downloaders = More visitors = more revenue for u=Stable site = stable ppd = happy uploaders :) )
 
:) Okay, Can we get a reply from a user that is not on PPD and is on PPS? If you are a Pay per sale affiliate, please tell us what you think of these changes.

Thanks for the heads up, this was supposed to be activated already, Do you agree with the changes other uploaders have requested? Do you think faster speeds will help you sell more accounts?
 
Maybe you could take the approach fSonic and WU did. They offered their affiliates bonuses for accomplished goals. This made the affiliates push those links harder. A lot of uploaders only used those links, instead of using multiple hosts. fsonic and wu exploded over night.
Btw, they both had great speed for free users.

Selling more accounts not, is good for PPD .....and you need a good PPD program for advertising your hosts (more uploaders will join you iff your PPD plan is good).For users who use PPS big speeds for free users is not good.For you at this moment i think will be good (for advertising your filehosts , more uploaders to join ......)

I worked with some hosts like filesonic and squillion ......best days with them using PPS.
They had some bonuses -filesonic -elite program (fix 12$ for every sale or 80%)-if i remember ok was a minimum of 20 sales /week to join that program
-squillion 80% sale and 60% rebill if you sell more that 50 premium accounts in one month.
This bonuses make PPS uploaders to work harder and harder!

Payza and paypal do not accept File Hosts.
 
Many of my downloaders have started complaining that they are not able to download some particular files. When I tried downloading these files to check what's the problem, I was also not able to download these files. I always get this error "This webpage is not found" in Google chrome
And all these files are hosted on this server 109.201.135.184
Can you please check and tell what's the problem with this server and when will the files uploaded on this server be available for download ?
