Don't worry so much - you are obviously giving excellent support here. I hope people understand that you would actually need all the time to fix the server problem rather than answering the same questions over and over again in the forum.

hi lumfile, do yo can return webmasters accounts? some webmasters had more than 200 dollars in their accounts i had more than 100 dollars in my account please help us, thanks

me too i had 19.95$ in my account & all gone...........how will you adjust my earnings ??????????

this means that from the beginning to the end we waste our time to upload too much stuff & earns some bucks & now all gone........

how will you solve this problem bro..........you are just saying me sorry for all that.........
 
Its interesting that people don't understand that lumfile stole our money. Lumfile pretend to have lost their database. This enabled lumfile to adjust my account balance from $100 to $26. Neat and clean job, lumfile. Congratulations.

You can say whatever you want, if you sure that you have $10,000, I still can not help recover, because I can't check anything. We are still trying to rebuild website. What we can do is add 50% bonus payout, please remember we paid (Oct-15) , so you only lose money from Oct-16 to Oct-20, it is only 5 days and I do not think you have a lot of money this time, with a bonus of 50%payout within 15 days for you is not enough ?

All orders near day server shutdown, we refunded it to buyer. I really sorry that.
If you got $83 in 5 days. For next request payout, within 15 days, i think you can make ~$200. So, we will pay for you $300 (It +50% bonus). It not recover your money lost ??
We just support recover all premium account when they really used it a long time.
As I said: We will add bonus 50% payout in next time. I will inform our plan when all stable

What a lie :facepalm: You've lost the trust of many site-owners and customers but you could at least stay honest with your partners-uploaders.

I worked with you since august and it was really mutually beneficial partnership BUT. Your payment for me on the october 17 was somehow for the period 15-30 September so I lost almost 400 USD for the first part of October and 100+ for the 5 days mentioned by you. And you just stay calm and say something about the bonus in the next payout. Wow. You seem to forget that not only you with your team have to start from the very beginning but your partners too, because the content for the many weeks of work is gone and cannot be restored just in a few days. And in my case you've appeared on the blacklist of the main site where I spread material with your links.

I would certainly care more about the situation and would try to convince this site's administration to remove lumfile from the blacklist but unfortunately I feel myself scammed too :facepalm:

I was always a serious partner in this business with every filehost I used to work and our short-term partnership is really dissapointing. As you understand from my message your bonus for the next payout for me would be just worthless but if you are still interested in the partneship I could PM you the site where you got ban and also my purse details so you could check that I really didn't get payment for the whole october and not just 5 days (your payments history in WM system could be checked for sure) .
