3) how will lumfile actually know that we users were on the database of lumfile..and we deserve some compensation like lifetime premium or something or whatever...

Lost 35 $s
but made a pay out of 125$s before they went away..glad only lost afew

this way we are loosing alot

Ok, let me get this straight. You have lost all your files in the database, and customer details, am I right? And there is no way this is going to be recovered?

I bought an account (1month) just barely 12 hours before lumfile when offline last week because there were some files I wanted to download. Now that those files are no longer available, I no longer have a reason to use lumfile. Will you issue a full refund to me?
