i cannot believe how stoopid people can bee,this guy buy and order all new site and server with yours earned money,and you are cry and beg to premium acc,that its realy insane,anyway there is lots of people who buy 1 year acc (credit card) and lost all links and money,becouse that my personal opinion its this guy must pay every peny for every user if they not do that there is another way
many many other ways that legal and illegal, to repay money
a guy on probation will tell us what to do :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

we can have a page like - (claim ur premium account back) with quick signup
an old premium buyer can send proof of his amount paid- like email confirm of his buy
then lumfile can manually upgrade user account according to amount paid
 
Lumfile, please sort out affiliates that still active, you can see from some posts in this thread and maybe in your PM history. I will register but i need you to give longer Premium duration since in my last account before the issue, i still have $ 40, i don't care with that money if i can't get it.. And i can give you screenshot of last Webmoney Payment if necessary as proofed that i'm active.

Anyway, i just can't understand if YesUp won't give chance to ( at least ) transfer important data like Affiliates info, stats, Premium holder. I think if you asking for only removed / access data, it's not a big data like affiliates files data, and transfer only affiliates data, stats, premium holder, wont take long times.

I don't know what's term of your contract with YesUp, they refused to give you chance for transfer files from servers, but they can't do that for important data that you need for run your business, that's not make sense at all.

Do we need to email YesUp to support you...?

And what should i do with new register account, do i need to PM you for activated Affiliate and get Premium duration...?

Anybody who got payment from lumfile can send him a screen from his/her ,Webmoney/Payza account.

The first thing they have to do is push YesUp. They need to get important affiliates data, stats and Premium holder data. Without that peoples that already bought Premium Account will angry if they can get their right again.

And i believe if Lumfile only ask for moving that data, YesUP not have reason for refused. Data like that wont even reach hundred GB size, so really funny if Lumfile can't get that data.

What about services who use avangate:

Avangate have all information about who buy, when have been bought, from what file (in other words, which concrete webmaster uploaded file) and so on and so on.

I think DB is OK, simply lumfile can send all refunds no problems, there's no reason to pay webmasters, because spent a big chunk of time and replacing is cost too! Time is a money! Work, guys!

Ok, no problem! I just started, only 4TB was loosen, money 20$ - to hell! just give me a new lifetime premium and I'll start. More nothing

But if you have not your files 24/7/365 you have 0$
Main function is secure file store
24/7/365.

If i loose one file or folder it's nothing. If I loose some terabytes data it's nothing.
Now all logins, all files and all all money as result loosen!

Many services working, pay, no problem, unlimited storage and profit is good.

I need new account for work, and it no cost for lumfile.
I have good money from many-many hosters, but here - it's something new for me... I never faced situation like that. Files losen, time losen...

Not money interesting me! Behaviour and reaction of one concrete person lumzechai, who losed all things I mentioned above.
Because I spent some days, site was down, and now please buy new account.

I have backup, reupload no problem! You can work, but I decide what the host will get my files, may be it will be lumfile.
