@lumzechai when working only with cookies , results can be strange but fair!
If happened to me , i was asking same questions.Is good to know for everybody who owns a website!

The user that's received the affiliate money is the user yyyy.

This means:
1) User clicked on xxxxxx' webiste (so he received the webmaster's sale)
2) After that he visited yyyy's file (so he received the uploaders's sale instead of xxxxxx)
3) After that he bought premium

This situation is normal.

And xxxxxx not even my website, so really funny if that user visit xxxxxx website, but website sales goes to my site : zzzzzz. Where's the relation with your cookies concept...? And i already sent you PM that my site name is zzzzzz, while your tech explained sales from xxxxxx site. My site name is zzzzzz not xxxxxx, understand...?

Where's the logic of your cookies explanation above...?

Or do you think i'm wrong again...?

But their explanation very strange, i already PM them that my site name is zzzzzz, while their tech reply something about xxxxxx site that not belong to me.

Can you see the problem now...? their tech explanation not even mentioned site sales from my site : zzzzzz. They explained...i don't know who's site they talked there. That case not clear, now happened again.

And the funny thing, this only happened in February, before that i already have website sales and premium sales too without problem. Now happened twice, i guess fair enough if i demand explanation.

Yes i understand, i'm not new poster and familiar with cookies concept.

The problem : Their explanation is for xxxxxx site.
Not even related with my site : zzzzzz.

If your tech said it's zzzzzz's site then their explanation acceptable. But they didn't, they gave wrong site. Or you expected me to accept the explanation, even that explanation from site that not even mine...?

So it's not very clear. I hope you can understand, while that case still not clear now today same situation happened again. And on December and January i never have this situation, all sales and website sales working fine, but now...? Twice on this moth, of course i will ask to you.

No it's not like that, in PM your tech used real website name and real affiliate name, i can forward that PM again if you want.

It's me who change the name because i understand : DO NOT public real username for security, I changed that to xxxxxx, zzzzzzz and yyyy when i posted in this thread because i'm tired waiting the problem get fix by PM.

So it's not SAMPLE like you said.

And it's really simple, i guess i have explained it very clear with Proof, provided my user id, my website name. While the answer from your tech not even related with my site. And that case not even solved, today same situation again which make me have to asked again So don't tell me : Do not ask again with same problem. I replied for you before. Please read. It waste time for us check each your problem.

If your explanation is correct then i wouldn't ask, but as we can see your tech even gave wrong site in their explanation ( what's the point of you asked me to sent you my website name while your tech investigated wrong site...? :D )

And if this not get solve again...well...it's another gone with the wind:)

Only you that didn't want understand ! You only want me to accept every explanation from you. Even that's explanation from wrong site. Seriously....first case on 3rd February 2013 ( and really strange it happened twice on same day ), i gave my user ID, my website name, and your tech gave wrong site explanation in their answer....which site they investigated....? From this...peoples can see...who's wrong and who's right.

And suddenly today you said....oh that just SAMPLE. ( You only cover the fact that your tech have reply with wrong site )

Peoples will see when you can't give clear explanation, you will do childish thing like that.

And it just few sales, maybe you need that more than me :fly:

And sure you can ignored me....remember when i told you about download bonus points not working....you blame me too that time, told that it's only my account that having problem ...then other affiliates said that they are having same problem....LOL. You only want your host look good and will blame your affiliate when they saying the truth.

If you not trust with us, you can delete all your file and move to other filehost. We checked your site. Alexa rank 2 mil. I think it not bring more sales. Please stop complaint and try increase quality your post or make good SEO. Sales will come for you.

Can you understand the fact....? You can't give explanation, your tech explanation was for wrong site, how hard for you to accept that...?

And stop telling your affiliate to go, remember when you have datacenter crashed, only less peoples still want work with you, including me. Now when you have lot affiliates, you start act like a jerk.

Don't tell me to increase post quality or anything, as not full time posters my download numbers more than enough. I worked my ass real hard to post your links in lot places, not only in one site....provided your links so peoples finally know your site....why don't you asked yourself why many peoples have lot download numbers but only less sales...? Or you didn't see that in last 100 pages...?

And you want more : I posted on 6 places that have Alexa ranks : 1000 - 10000, you will say different thing of course if i asked about sales, so stop this bullshit. Do not distract from main problem.

And the main problem is not related with that....i asked about website sales without sales added. If you can't give explanation, Stop till here....i take it as my bad luck again. That's why i said it's only few sales gone. You may complaint with my statement if you can give clear explanation....so far you didn't do that ! So don't blame if i said that just some sales that gone. Remember, this happened two times this month, before that, worked normal. You didn't want me say that...then fix the problem and give explanation.

You expected me to trust you...? Fine....then tell your tech to give explanation from correct site case : My Site ! They have gave wrong site in their explanation....and you can't accept when i told you about that....how come you expected me to trust you while your tech even can't provide explanation from correct site. they investigated wrong site, but you expected me to accept and trust you...?

Show some respect to your affiliate, you already failed give explanation, think about that,not only blame me. I asked and need explanation about website sales...i don't need you insult my site Alexa Rank, even it bad...it still can get sales for your host. And that site just as library place for collect all post that i have posted in bigger forum. Alexa rank not related with my problem here, so your post above really funny and have no relation at all.

Admit it - you are troll, employed by competitors? If it is not, stop complaining at least a week, to prove that it is not or better leave this host, ok? :facepalm:

Do you think his tech explanation make sense...? they investigated and explained wrong site. Problem in zzzzzzz site, while answer about xxxxxxx site. Yes you are right : I promised won't complaints, if everything work fine, but if there's something wrong...i can't complaint...? In December, January, website sales counted with Premium Sales, i have no reason to complaint, but in February, only 3 website sales and happened twice, so you said i can't ask / complaints and demand explanation....? I think the chance for having this situation with 3 website sales are very small.

And Only crazy people made complaints without proof, now i asked you again, which part of my post that not using proof....? Can you see he said different thing in this thread and original PM....?

i have a question why are sales very less on weekends compared to rest of the days...

this trend was not there before the data base crash..

can you give any explanation please..thanks

and 6 new referrals ...none of them bought premium..

It's not just a "... Strange tendency ..." as you said friend!
There is something wrong in Lumfile sales.


Always I read here some members criticizing other members which are having problems with their sales.
And always saying that just the same members are always complaining.
And I think they are right in complain.
Something is not working fine in Lumfile system.

I'm woking with Lumfile since November, when the new payment gate started to work. I did not worked with Lumfile before the datacenter problem.

In Dec/2012 I had good sales. 43 sales and 5 rebills
In Jan/2013 I had good sales and rebills. 20 sales and 16 rebills. Even with many times under DDOS attacks and several downtimes. But I made less posts than I had made in Dec/2012.

Now we are in Fev, downtimes and DDOS attacks stopped, and the users have no problems to download.
In the first week, during bonus time, all was working fine. 11 sales and 17 rebills.
But since Fev 10 no more new sales. And now I'm posting more than I had made in Jan.

Just to remember, now we are not under DDOs attack or having 3 or 4 days of downtimes as before.

My content is the same and I'm posting on same places.
And as you can see, the users like my content. And they are not having problem to download it.

Some days after Lumfile started on Dragonara the sales and the rebills stopped.
lum needs to check all config, maybe Dragonara service is blocking something of payment gate.
