Ok, Avro have reply my PM. The reason why i PM him because when i saw his user id it's ring a bell in my head. And he have confirmed me that his Lumfile's user ID is same with his WJunction ID.

As you can see i have problem with website sales on 3rd and 16th February. The 3rd February case have got reply ( although strange ) from his tech, which cause lot long discussion in this thread.

And still he ignored the case. And i have no choice but accept. But today avro post his stats, and FYI i don't know him. the only reason why i PM him because ( See screenshot in bottom from their tech : )

It's official from their tech, and the text that i cover with red line is user avro.

Now if your tech investigation said that sales credit to avro, why avro's stats post not have sales on 3rd February 2013....? :

No, i'm not investigate this :), it was purely coincidence, i received PM from their tech, then i saw avro post his stats, and that name still fresh in my memory so i asked him first to make sure.

Nice lucky coincidence! :-=

It shows that there is something which is not working as it should.
I want to believe that is only an "error" (a bug) in the system of Lumfile.
We will be very disappointed if this is not an "error" and was made just to "cheat" the affiliates.

that does proof a lot of things for us...we work...we don't sleep...we upload our asses off...and some1 else gets the money and that some 1 else has to be lumfile owners


and lastly i wonder why he keeps saying test the sales yourself
it's just because his system senses it that the user from the same ip is about to carry out the test so NO CHEATING DETECTED

And that also proves that the bug is not only on site sales but also on other type of sales too

lol..Looks like u've already got another one :D ..lets see it tomorrow :) & also lets see what lum gonna say about this one too :P

I hate it when a filehost gets accused of cheating..:facepalm: & its really annoying if the support of tht host isn't active at tht time..which really influences normal users like me blif tht they might b suspicious :facepalm:

however, I really wish that everything get fixed ASAP..
 
I am thinking to start using lumfile but all these posts of users that have problems are making me to think it twice before i move my files to lumfile. :unsure:
 
Few days earlier, i made a complain in this thread about low sales though lots of downloads (5GB filesize), but Lumzechai did not bother to make a simple reply.

bravesoldier, thank you very much for opening my eyes, so that i could make investigation into my account.

Here is my referral stats during last 3 months:

Out of above 9 premium referrals (up to 20.01.2013), one was three month subscription (30.11.2012, red circled) which is still active. And the others 8 were one month`s. As those 8 are still premium, so surely they renewed their accounts during last one month and i should had 8 re-bills during 20/01/2013 - 19/02/2013.

My last one month stats:

I dont know how many of my sales have been eaten by lumfile system, but found at least 4 re-bills lost. A good way to rip affiliates.

I said it only sample. This mean is normal case. You not understand SAMPLE word ? BTW, you asked stats of him last month ? Please try ask him sales on 2013-01-25 and what is domain he got sales. For security, i will PM you about explain. I hope you can understand it

If they do not request cancel auto rebills. You will get auto rebill sales. Other case, if downloader do not buy payment option have auto rebills and he buy premium on other link then you see star yellow but rebill not count for you. Auto rebill only apply on payment method option 1

First...i asked you serious matter regarding website sales on 3rd February 2013, and in reply from your tech...YOU NEVER SAID IT WAS SAMPLE. IN fact all of us here can easily read in last pages, you keep saying me that your explanation is correct and i MUST Accept.

WHY SUDDENLY NOW YOU SAID THAT EXPLANATION ONLY SAMPLE....? AND STOP TREAT ME LIKE A FOOL, I UNDERSTAND SAMPLE WORD MEANING.



See the words you used in that PM : OUR TECH REPLY HERE, from that words peoples can easily know if that was a official reply, not SAMPLE. YOU MUST BE THINK EVERYONE HERE STUPID, SO YOU CAN EASILY CHANGE AND SAID YOUR TECH REPLY JUST SAMPLE. IF AVRO NOT POSTING HIS STATS IN THIS THREAD, OF COURSE YOU WILL SAY REPLY FROM YOUR TECH NOT SAMPLE.

Your tech reply regarding website sales on 3rd February 2013, and that's not SAMPLE like you said, in that explanation clearly they mentioned websitename and user who got sales, in this case Avro, and coincidentally Avro have posted his stats in this thread, and there's no sales at all on that date. They understand my point...so why NOW you talked about Avro's sales on sales on 2013-01-25...?

That's not related with my post. I just need to know why your tech reply on 3rd February 2013 i only got website sales ( while all links posting by me. You said that's because cookies, fine...i Must accept that ), and sales go to user Avro. While his stats not showed any sales at all on 3rd February 2013.
