We credit only for 1 download/IP/24h. You have these rates because you have multiple downloads from same IP in 24 hours.

yes sir thats normal.. having 500 links in many forums cant avoid that a downloaders sometimes downloads more than 2.

sir.. can i request to remove the "Download with exe" got banned from 3 forums because of it.. many reported that i post trojan virus.. even i have a guide to uncheck the "Download with exe"

There are only false positives. The advertisers can't afford to install any trojans since they use Google offers.
You should talk with the admins of forums were you were banned because is not fair for you (you even posted guides about how to download).
The download managers are used by most of the file hosts at this moment. Usually they install just a toolbar (if downloaders agrees with that).

Most probably Italy and Spain will be added in Tier 3.

We promised that we will make some changes in tiers since few weeks ago.
Finally in just a few days (we will receive today the new servers and will take about 1-2 days for our servers admin to set them up) everything will be back to normal (speeds) and we will be able to do the changes and announce them.

why does the remote upload always been cut sir?
every time i try to remote upload a file around 500mb
when its done the file is around 100mb sometimes 35 mb
please help
