good question.. as of now.. only 1 user has won the iphone.. im sure ,,, in the end of this month there will be 2 or 3 more winners.. i base it in the montly uploader winners.. the 1st who won the 200$ got 80000 downloads.. and the 2nd and 3rd place can win the iphone in the end of the month if they pump there download count..
At this moment there isn't any timelimit for it, but we will change the rules for it very soon because there are many cheaters.
