Hey guys,
Just want to write a little review here with my experience so far with this host provider.
So I ordered their Encoding 300gb server 3 days ago and I had some pre-sale questions before I actually ordered. I went on their live chat on their website and he answered my questions very professionally and promptly. I can honestly tell you, I've never talked to a host provider that is so responsive let alone they have live support almost 24/7, well, according to them. Anyway, he stayed on live chat with me until I made my payment and shortly, less than 10 minutes, he deployed my slot and I logged in to the rdp for the first time.
I made the move from Giga-rdp.in, so I had a 30% recurring discount which is really nice (yes, it's still valid, just ask their support). I've used Giga-rdp for a really really long time now. They used to be really good but lately, their rdp has been really laggy and slow. Muxing a file takes about 10 minutes when it used to take about a minute. I find that ridiculous and not only that. Opening Chrome or MeGui takes like 30 secs from what I can tell. Like really? Why does opening a program take that long? I have no idea. Also, most of the time, the programs fail to launch because of some crash error. Encoding a 45min video used to take about an hour but now it can take up to 3-4 hours!!! I talked to their support and they tell me, I'm not the only user who is encoding, which I totally understand. But it doesn't happen at a certain time, it's always at that speed.
What I think is, they are cramming all the users they can on that server, so that kind of business practice is really poor in my opinion. Well, sorry for the long post and venting but I told myself enough is enough. So I was looking around in the hosting section and found HostDZire has reasonable prices and decent server configs so I decided to give them a try.
I only had used the rdp for 3 days so far. Their rdp is not laggy, and programs open almost instantly! I'm not really picky but as a consumer, I want to get what I pay for, isn't it the same for everyone? Most importantly, their support is always on live chat. I really hope HostDZire stays this way because even though my time with them isn't considered long, I can say my experience so far is top notch. If you are looking to make the switch from another provider, just let them know and provide a screenshot of your current host provider (client page) and you'll get the discount!

Added after 1 Day 1:
Update: RDP went down, asked support and he said server was down. I didn't save my work so it's all gone (my fault)... They said come back in 20mins or so and try logging in again, but the server wouldn't boot up. I had to do work urgently so I asked to be moved to another server, they didn't want to move me, so I got a full refund instead.
