I use their services for 5 months, its very good(speed dl/up, rar/unrar). It has a very high up time, not like other RDP providers restart every 1-2 days :facepalm:. Overall, its cheap, fast, support online mostly every time I write to them on Skype, support for tickets is also good.

I had purchased the service RDP Admin, a complete disaster. The server crashes have been constant, but in the last two weeks have been four falls, two of them with data loss.


Now I'm tired, I'd rather pay more and have better service. As I said, a disaster.


Not recommended.

Create ticket on HostDZire client area or pm me your registered email.

And sometimes in rdp data loss occurs because we use raid 0 and most of other providers also do same
so when disk fail it causes data loss.

So,
Tip for you, if you care about data much, get dedicated server and use raid 1 or raid 10
its good for you.

Are This code still working i try Admin Encoding 2 Plan for 6 months but he didn't give me any discount

Same here, for me its not disaster... just kinda funny :D

1st of all, pls forgive my english, i hope all of u can understand what i type below :D


since last month i use their rdp encode,

- i cant save file to my drive, i dont know why and when i asked, they accused me that i use other drive than my drive WTF ?:facepalm:

and then the server down at least 5 times.

but the last one so so amazing

after few hours later


i ask them again

and then they told me the server crash, and cant reboot... so totally the server down for more than 12 hours.

after that, they send me new server details, and with good news that they can restore my data.. :D horayy :D


but...

With this new server.. the video and audio codec is not there anymore
what's wrong with asking for that preinstall software ? am i right ?

Regarding installation of application our staff reminded you thats its admin encoding plan you can install application yourself which is not bad right ?
And no one install application and write it in notes or remember it
we have more than 30 servers just for admin encoding, so its hard to remember what codec pack was installed last time on specific server,
which you should remember it :- after all it was you who requested that app

And regarding downtime yes it was our fault for that we will refund you , open ticket.

Total 2 Bad review in total thread looks like our service is going little bad, i am going to check it personally from now :)
