You are only one client wo say we don't have enough security and his account got hacked and blaming our security fault,
It's nonsense, it's your side fault, I recommend you to learn and secure your all online account before blaming any provider
You don't know about rdp how it works that's why saying all that, if you saying our security is bad, actually you are saying Microsoft Security has issue because you are using Microsoft Windows 2012 which is updated version and has enough security

So stop spamming and learn
