All requests will be handled as soon as possible. I truly apologize for the unexpected delay but more than 30k request has been received and each request should be viewed in detail including the details that the partner provide within the request (and in some cases, some users send us articles which takes a lot of our time to review them).

As I mentioned previously, it takes up to 14 days. So, sending us a reminder in 10th days doesn’t make any sense.
