It’s already described thousands times that 5% should be watched, which is the lowest percentage compared to other hosts. As already described the range you all have for (started/counted) is normal.
I highly recommend you to try another host and see if you can gain better or worse numbers instead of asking me.

And your stats seems to be normal compared to January:

Is there any chance it would be possible to "sort/filter" the view on the "My Videos" section by views / filesize headings ect.

It would be nice to be able to Sort the videos by views to be able to see what content does best as to able to upload similar content, as currently I have to scroll through pages and pages to be able to do this?

My january earnings is 70 and it will be 210 for 3 months. This happens because i use my phone ti screenshot the reports.
