You’re a VU member, not regular or compensated, so your payment will be automatically issued every Monday, as usual.
All users gets their payouts within 48 business hours as you see from the confirmations above, but with VU members it’s different.

However, about buffering; it has been fixed yesterday as confirmed by one of our partners and my reply to him:

streaming speed is 10x better today compared to yesterday and before
while it's sunday which is great job!! please keep it that way

I admit, buffering was nightmare yesterday and before yesterday. I added more servers today and closed the overloaded ones in order to improve the playback speed and it's around 60% better today, and I am still working on it.

Even before you send us a request for a compensation, we sent you an email with subject (Action is required) but you ignored our email and sent us another email regarding the compensation from the same exact email address, which means you have saw our email and preferred to ignore it.
