I opened this ticket over 24hrs now. 50% of my users are unable to access my website and activity has dropped dramatically in the last 3 days cause of the hardware firewall. I needed a response to see if it would be best to go through cloudflare to protect the site, or can you fix your firewall from blocking legit users?
It is blocking everyone who uses a MAC/Apple ANY browser on them devices.
Also blocking windows XP users and PS3 browsers, all console browsers.
The only traffic allowed to visit are people with windows 7-8.
That leaves my website only accessible to very few people.
I had messages from moderators of my site stating that the site has been offline for 3 days for them.
No use to me if I have a website that 50% and over cannot visit.
I wanted a reply to look at the best options.. I got no reply so far with a half dead website.
I want my website to be up 24/7 not 2 days a week or never for people of these devices.
I think I am gonna switch hosts and protect with cloudflare..
Cause I obviously getting no where here.
You should inform all customers at all times.. Its the best policy!
