I also asked for a refund through PayPal since he apparently offers a "7 day money back guarantee" as quoted here: http://www.wjunction.com/1764540-post212.htm because i wasn't happy after purchasing a 10gbps server. . . . I received no refund.


Trust me the Party will start today if he think he can play here

@ Ollie i dont wonder about this after that all he can now start to provide service or it will stoppend and i report this not only here iam over with time to wait now.

I never was switched since this email to another Vps Node or anything like that,the Vps have still same ip.

I requested not only 1 time to switch..more will come soon i wait now for an answer first.

Added after 3 Hours 54 minutes:

I opened this ticket over 24hrs now. 50% of my users are unable to access my website and activity has dropped dramatically in the last 3 days cause of the hardware firewall. I needed a response to see if it would be best to go through cloudflare to protect the site, or can you fix your firewall from blocking legit users?

It is blocking everyone who uses a MAC/Apple ANY browser on them devices.
Also blocking windows XP users and PS3 browsers, all console browsers.
The only traffic allowed to visit are people with windows 7-8.
That leaves my website only accessible to very few people.
I had messages from moderators of my site stating that the site has been offline for 3 days for them.

No use to me if I have a website that 50% and over cannot visit.
I wanted a reply to look at the best options.. I got no reply so far with a half dead website.

I want my website to be up 24/7 not 2 days a week or never for people of these devices.

I think I am gonna switch hosts and protect with cloudflare..
Cause I obviously getting no where here.

You should inform all customers at all times.. Its the best policy!

Unfortunetly i see that if it comes to refunds he is not doing this. I have submited my ticket 3 days ago and there is no response from him and I got information that I have 7 days money back.....

On the 7th day.. He stopped responding to my tickets..
Am I still able to get a refund?


if he doesnt fix our Problem i would say we open all 3 together a Paypal Dispute and explain them whats going on.

Maybe we trade then our Ticket Ids for Paypal so Paypal will see that are more people as only 1 Customer.

I will wait till he reply here back

give him the chance to post a reply here maybe he had real life problems everyone can have but if he will not Reply then its time for it.
