Hey, some people do and some people don't! our files bring premium users everyday, why should i also buy premium if idon't earn thousands of$ as you said (deleting files after 48H is the worst i've ever imagined?

Since you are comparing with other hosts... Do you know that we offer UNLIMITED storage for Free & Premium users? Which means u can upload it as much as you want... If we start implementing a limit for both users, then of course we will not put this rule...

I was with FS since its birth and considered them as my fave, and now you're asking us to leave FS ? is this the way FS treat its members ? while everybody here complaints about the 48H policy, your answer is buy premium or go away and calling our comments as "bad words" ? when!! once we've recommended and redirected thousands of premium downloaders to FS?!!

I really don't care about that 48h brcause i have premium all the time , but filesonic is became lower and lower ....hundred of files deleted ..... every week (or maybe 2) must be something that not work (FTP, RU...etc) ...when they had low user they had all kind of promos...now none since april (was one but only for elite)...functions disabled (RU fron FSC to FSC) evrybody have promos (Fileserve-evenm them), users banned for spam (but u want your files all over the internet), and of course u are the ONLY host that banned users for reposting there links that was removed (DMCA) i am sorry that i didn't left FSC while ago , now i can't because i have a lot from my work here (about 24 TB) , but when i finish to RU all my work i am done with filesonic

Actually the matter isn't buying premium or not for me, i can do so even though my damn low earnings, but what i didn't like is the way FS deleted thousands of files after 48H without even prior notice in order to inform us, this way we're going to get premiums! your case is almost better than mine, at least your files remain in your account and might help you to increase your earnings in the future. My case is worst while i've lost 95% of data :(

I search a game and select 7 files and try to copy them to a target folder
and recive this error. I had not seen it for a long time. its back
 
Hi there,

What's up with your remote upload from my server space over the last few days? I cannot seem to remote upload more than 1 file at a time. Every time I try, I get a FILE_NOT_FOUND error in the remote upload status page. The files are certainly there, seems to be some new weird bug making upload tedious.

I've forwarded issue to IT

for the banned IP please check all your logins for jdownloader or IDM as user clmartin generated 21 login failures within 2 seconds from your IP

I've asked IT to unblock it.
 
If my file gets deleted after 48 hours does filesonic send me a message telling me that my file has been deleted? Please do that!

You want to make money from what you have posted, but you dont want spent money for buy / extend Premium Account...???

With Tradein Points you can have = $ 4.5 / month for Premium. Or you can exchange your Playsonic Points for Premium Duration.

It's not fair to blame Filesonic for their deletion Rules, they already give solution for extend Premium Account with low prices from what you've earns.

First of all they didn't warned me before deleting, and I didn't know about this rule change. So I lost 40-50 hours of work. And it didn't make me so much money within such a short time that I should waste my time to upload and link all my stuffs again. I expected long-term return.

Just think a bit instead of laughing.

Lot of hobby or not hobby uploaders are in the same situation. They didn't know about the rule change or it isnt worth them to buy premium to keep files alive---> lot of deleted files ---> wasted time ----> premium filesonic users will be dissatisfied ---> lower popularity ----> uploaders like to use always the most popular filehosting service, so they will change to other one

I am wondering a statistic how many files were deleted in the past few days/weeks because this rule change. And I would be wondering about the face of premium users when they see tons of broken links :)
 
HISH, this error appeares very very very very rare, if I search a game and select files from different folders and copy them to any folder, as I said, it appeared 4 copy of 50 copy of files. (%8)
