Really sorry for you mate , i see more people having account banned because of DMCA (THIS AND ANOTHER ONE, is the only hosts who make this-The other host is really down at this moment-if continue like this there will be FSO too)....i really have doubts if to continue or not with FSO.....after months of "work" i don't want to ban my account ......hmmm better post with mirrors

Thanks for your sympathy. I mirror my files to fileserve. Fileserve is still the best. Been with them since August and never have I had issues with them. When it comes to reputation and dependable service they are at the top.

Whatever happens to Filesonic I wish them good luck. But for the meantime, I'm still waiting and hoping for a positive response from Hish.

P.S. My files are still online. FSo continues to make money from my files though my account is banned and I still keep receiving "Files deleted" emails. This is not the case with someone I knew whose account got terminated together with all his files.
 
The host you tell is the best ....is not the best.....maybe the worst...pay little money....slow speed (upload and download -belive i have a great internet connection -100Mbps) big issues , bugs (sorry for the off topic).The problem is that filesonic starts to have a lot of bugs ....and the thing with DMCA is really worry me

I deleted the copies of the file from my account immediately. I thought this way my account won't get banned but it still got banned! My account had, I think, $500+ in it yesterday before it got banned. I need an explanation from the thread starter A.S.AP. This is so frustrating! I'm so disheartened.

Filesonic banned my account with 230$ and i had my 10k files in my account, Filesonic support didn't help me anything here...

When I started it was very good too. But it got better and better until I was earning $400-$500 per week. And that's the time they banned my account. Now it's all gone for me. :(

I had more or less $500 in my account dude. Tell me your story.

I think you mean the email I receive and not me. I receive that often but the one that I received the day before my account got banned was this:

Dear FileSonic User,



On April 13th, 2011 we received a DMCA notice of copyright infringement in relation to various files you uploaded, namely:

Only once and I immediately deleted the copies of that file from my account. It was only one file, a music album, but 4 copies/links of it.
 
hey everybody,
is filesonic selling system working for ya ?
its been a week i have uploaded 100s of movies but have not got any single premium sell :(
