and again ftp eror that`s all, 3 days i can`t upload.. i think filepost have to work more on ftp problems...
Remote upload from filesonic & wupload is working perfectly now, hope this continues in coming days too![]()

I always support Filepost when I join, because Filepost really good 2 month ago. But now, I see Filepost seem not good anymore, rebills not good alike my mind. When I upload 200 files, I can earn $300 2 months ago. And now, I upload to Filepost more 2000 files, I only have $350 at this month (have rebills).
Now, my members when see links from Filepost, they don't want click it anymore.
I think Filepost need upgrade your tech, EU servers, and check stats counted (sales, rebills...)
We have own site, we upload to many host/news. So we can know stats is slow or not. We will not complaint if everything is good (2 month ago is really good)!

One of my downloaders complained that when he tried to download a file, he was asked to wait 6 hours. What a joke!

Anyway, I ask everyone who has complaints about low download number to submit a ticket to our support team - the team will review your stats and will add compensation if required.
even if we submitted this specific ticket to support team their reply was TOTALLY un-professional and un-polite. YES
moreover they delete our specific ticket (without user-req) since our REPLY was a total failure by them.
If they are kids tell them we are not 18yo kids to treat that way.
Tell them to treat each user-customer equally and don't look at the numbers-earnings only.
Do not forget the power the users have who can easily drop you out of the business.
We wrote bad comments very rarely (and only in serious reason) but their reply was totally not polite...... for sure.
How can treat each user according to traffic;;; They have to treat equally Sir....
Of course this has nothing with you in personal since your support is OK so farBut it is good to know and report the situation........
ticket removed without user-request. And we got shocked since support always replied to us in a polite way in the other tickets in the past.
For the DL count we will report if any future problem comesSuppose error was only for sunday due to server.

What does this mean ?

Why not replying ? is previous 100 MB/hour limit increased ?
Download stats is decreasing a lot that's why curious to find the reason.
