I will never understand why he does so difficult to limit discharge system 100 mb / hour while filesonic fileserver etc ... do not do

The limitation is so much competition

This issue is most likely related to the browser and connection of the user. Ask him to send us a ticket - we will review his browser information.

Also please do not mislead users and partners here - some partners started complaining about low downloads in the end of last week, sure not on 12th of september. As I said, we still see high amount of downloads in total in our stats, however will review stats of those who send us tickets.

and again ftp eror that`s all, 3 days i can`t upload.. i think filepost have to work more on ftp problems...

We have not received complaints about ftp from partners. Still, you have not provided any details - where you upload from, to what servers, what files are missing. Have you send a request?

Remote upload from filesonic & wupload is working perfectly now, hope this continues in coming days too :)

Good, hopefully we won't have any issues with blocking anymore.

Nope, we see the general download stats growing in total.

Once again, to everyone who has complaints - the engineers are reviewing possible reasons of that - however we can see high amount of downloads in our system, and the system works technically well. If you face low downloads, the only reason may be high load on the servers - still we will make investigation of this question.

I always support Filepost when I join, because Filepost really good 2 month ago. But now, I see Filepost seem not good anymore, rebills not good alike my mind. When I upload 200 files, I can earn $300 2 months ago. And now, I upload to Filepost more 2000 files, I only have $350 at this month (have rebills).
Now, my members when see links from Filepost, they don't want click it anymore.
I think Filepost need upgrade your tech, EU servers, and check stats counted (sales, rebills...)
We have own site, we upload to many host/news. So we can know stats is slow or not. We will not complaint if everything is good (2 month ago is really good)!

I regret to listen to your words, they are really abusive. You suppose everything worked well last week, and now everything is broken - these are not reasonable words at all - and they are strange to hear. We get support and encouragement from lots of our partners who share and wins and issues with us - and I hope you are one of such partners.

As you know, we do react to all our partners' inquiries, we do implement new features, we do address all issues. Our sales and rebills system works fine - there is not need to fix anything.

We do not deny the fact that EU servers have been high loaded for the latest several days (due to the increased popularity of FilePost) - and that may influence downloads. You can imagine how complex file hosting system is, our engineers are making investigation now about the possible reasons of your complaints. What is more, we are adding more servers in Europe this week - this will make the situation stable back. And those partners who will stay with us sure will be content with the results.
 
Sir my Referrers Details Report Uniques 41 but filepost showing me earning 0 ?

This section shows not a number of downloads, but a number of people who clicked on your FP links and were transferred to our site.

BTW, do you own the sites mentioned in your profile? Have you added them to Websites section into the program for site owners?
 
Anyway, I ask everyone who has complaints about low download number to submit a ticket to our support team - the team will review your stats and will add compensation if required.

even if we submitted this specific ticket to support team their reply was TOTALLY un-professional and un-polite. YES

moreover they delete our specific ticket (without user-req) since our REPLY was a total failure by them.

If they are kids tell them we are not 18yo kids to treat that way.

Tell them to treat each user-customer equally and don't look at the numbers-earnings only.

Do not forget the power the users have who can easily drop you out of the business.

We wrote bad comments very rarely (and only in serious reason) but their reply was totally not polite...... for sure.

How can treat each user according to traffic;;; They have to treat equally Sir....

Of course this has nothing with you in personal since your support is OK so far :) But it is good to know and report the situation........

ticket removed without user-request. And we got shocked since support always replied to us in a polite way in the other tickets in the past.

For the DL count we will report if any future problem comes ;) Suppose error was only for sunday due to server.

I have checked the communication, I believe the support did not mean to be rude, they just tried to explain that the engineers are still working on the complaints to see whether anything was wrong or just servers load were high and that caused the decrease of downloads. I am sorry if the answers sounded unpleasant for you, we treat all our users in the same way (you can see we address all questions), just I believe there was some misunderstanding. We did not mean to be rude, just wanted to clarify the situation - thus the ticket was closed. I hope for your understanding.
 
In premium page its showing free users download capacity 100GB/ min

What does this mean ?

Why not replying ? is previous 100 MB/hour limit increased ?

Download stats is decreasing a lot that's why curious to find the reason.

100GB/ min.... Who can explain this?

We do reply to all messages several times per day, please do not panic. That is mistype, it will be fixed.

As for the download stat - please read my previous messages, the only reason for that on week-end was high servers load. And we expect to have more servers in Europe soon,what would keep the balance between EU and US servers (EU servers are really popular now). Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
