Hmm, everything works well for me in google chrome. Please try to clear cookies and try again.

You cancelled the download - still the system technically initiated the file download link - and you started the download and cancelled it then. The system technically implies that the file is being downloaded, that is why the second file download is available due to the service rules. Do not think that a user who waits for a download, cancels it then usually.

UPDATE: After the cancellation, you should have used the link 'Start downloading now' to start downloading this file again - the download link was there ready for you.

etherno - stats are random - you can not guarentee downloads... somedays you have low stats... do you download the same amount of files daily? hell no you don't,... so... you can't complain - just upload more...

That is ridiculous! Sure, they have stolen our design and they will be requested to remove it immediately.
