Remote upload is terrible. My account used to be 3TB and filepost said they limit my storage due to account productivity. Now I have only 500GB and remote upload is still not working. FPT is so slow.

They should add in their advertising: "If you don't make money for us, we will cut all "good" features that we had offered to you"

I think this is very inconvenience for most of us because we always use server to upload

I know this IP restriction is for limit different ppl download by using same account

but can you please make the upload as an exception

We do not allow multilogin to the account at the same time - that is done for security purposes. So if you are logged in the browser and then start using some service/software to upload files into the account, only one session will stay active. Security questions are really important, and users do not realize that sometimes.
 
Filepost, I changed my marketing settings to enable the "5 days plan", but when I tested it, I don't see the 5 days signup on the premium pages.

Can you tell me what the "5 days plan" is all about?

By default marketing settings work for verified sites only. Do you have your own sites that were verified within our program for site owners? You can find a detailed description of the settings in our blog here: http://filepost.com/blog/post/42/

If you would like to enable 5-day plan for your files without using marketing settings (in this case 2-year plan will be not available) - let me know , I will make the changes for you.
 
Ah now I see it, when I disabled the 2 year plan, the 5 day plan popped up, thanks!

My users would like to try out your service first before jumping the long term package.

I'm very disappointed when any attempt by me, wanting to make collaboration among us better but everything got worse, goodbye filepost.
 
I have sent PM to you. Please solve my RU issue so that I will never have to complain again. Last time my issue was not reasonably solved. If you want me to make money for you host and for me as well, why your service and policy are so tight?

Previously I love filepost cos they have so nice RU manager. Now everything changed.

I do not understand anything.
I did a site , and ask them to help to my account can be upgraded, the files will not be deleted because I can't afford to upgrade my account.

You work with PPS plan, and we have found that the sales done were not authorized (fraud payments). We take such cases seriously, that is why your account was blocked. If you have anything to say you can reply to our support team, however the proof is serious there.

UPD: I have checked your posts, seems you have the same problems with FileSonic...
