Today, when 2011 year is almost over, we would like
to summarize the results of FilePost project since its launch. It is difficult to believe now that the project was launched 5 months ago only. This period was really active for us, full of doings and fortunately rather effective. Our staff have devoted lots of their efforts as well as long working hours at nights and weekends to the project. However the current results justify our hopes, as well as all other investments made into the service. The main thing is that we are contented with the results, and we are glad to see the service developing further. Sure, we would never reach anything without our partners and users, and we would like to thank you all for choosing our hosting!
We have achieved a lot for these past 5 months. We have been successfully competing with the industry leaders, and have already left some of them behind (even though they have been functioning for a few years). The importance is not even in the traffic volume, but in the trust of millions of users all over the word. Our service is now allowed at multiple popular file sharing forums and sites, and we keep getting positive feedback every day. And that is the deserved result - we have been putting lots of efforts to provide high quality support service (often even individual one) since the very start of the project - and that is sure appreciated by our partners and users. We should mention high level of technical and hardware support as well as professional design that is even imitated now by some companies.
Sure, we have faced some difficulties on the way that were hard to control sometimes. Even though the fast growth of the service popularity was planned from the beginning, the rate of growth was even higher than expected. As a result, recently we were facing technical issues related to the high system load, and the flood in Thailand, that caused delays with the servers delivery, made the situation worse. However due to active and wise decisions and operations of our team we could cope with the problems in a timely manner. We have made the necessary conclusions out of the situation and have gained valuable experience. We are sure we will be able to stand almost everything now!
In the coming new year we are going to continue the service development, and we are not going to lower the service quality and support. We do not have any doubts that FilePost positions will raise in the nearest future even more! We care for our reputation and won't give any reasons for doubts in our service.
