users have to wait very long due to file size. Zzzz.

Some content are in Mkv , they are large , i dont think many users would bear to wait.

My suggestion is change it to one hour waiting time instead of depending to file size.

Try any file hosting - all show good results now. If you upload at peak load moments, files may stay in the queue for some time.

Seems you are located in Europe, that is why the route from your servers to our US servers is not the optimal one what does not provide good upload speed to US servers. That is what EU servers are for - use them then.

Nope, we have not run out of the budget. And as for setup of new servers - we have mentioned already that some time ago the hardware market had some crisis due to the problems in Thailand, that is why we could not get the expected servers in time. The situation is better now fortunately.
