I dont think so. When there were a lot of broken files, I used a command and reviewer carefully what was missing. Just not there ( also happened with other videos and they are not in DMCA or Broken Files )

For me sometimes is very bad and other times is very good. I close the page and open again the page and that fix the upload speed, but I think is because the page change servers when I close and open the upload page again.
