The issue you describing cannot exist as copy of the file always from technical side refers to same orginal file.

I've tested 30 random videos on your acc and every single video starts in second.

strangely, now it works fine, just click, the video plays instantly, but 3 hours ago the video still wouldn't play when it took 45s, i will monitor more, usually it will play fast for a short while and it will slow down at some time frame, not like before, the video always plays fast
