It clearly says embeding blocked on this domain. You or if you are taking someone else video added specific domain in settings, if its yours video check settings

Yes, sadly we cannot stop it, its from advertiser. Just dont open and remove downloaded file and you are good to go

If you want to enable or disable, dashboard have some cache, give it couple min to update selected option
