I placed my order 3 or 4 days ago, and it's pending.
I thought the current system was more automatic and faster.

Fast payments are not guaranteed it depends on simple factor of trust, recently we experience many botted views so we switched back to manual payments untill our detection systems are updated to automaticly find new way of "fake views", we understand that it's frustrating for legitimate users that they need to wait couple days for money but holiday period doesn't help in it as half of our team has holiday time. We expect things to get back to normal in maximum of 2 next weeks.

Can you please help me I don't know how to add skip intro option. But its not at the begginint? It starts at ex. 03:00 until 04:30

We are aware and in past few days we've tried to reach out to proton however we got no reply so far so as a solution we will switch our mail server to different ip pool as we suspect simply that ASN within our ip is located is simply marked as spam in some mail providers.

It's not possible to manually change payment information or even e-mail from our side, frankly our system has no such option. FYI today mail server will be changed so the issue with proton will be fixed.

What are the views needed? I have the option to Skip Intro and set the timestamp but the thing is the video does not start from second 0 you know.
 
Is there a problem with the encoding? Sometimes it interferes with the sound in my video, the video starts fine, than at some point the audio resets from beggining
 
I've been using this site since its inception. I want to change my email address... is it really difficult ?

I also try to change the watermark, but it often fails ?!

Please fix this. I've been a long-time user since FileMoon was founded.
