I have always been paid normally and until now I have had no problems with the server either.
No exact ETA. We hope to release all in March. We keep pushing some updates in background whole time. From most recent ones, we have added some more POP points worldwide to improve streaming, imroved web upload in terms of speed, patched anti clone,blocked remotes from moon to some other hosts etc. For this week we plan to release VPS offer hosted by US that is fully Offshore and few other things.

There is no way to work with a server that only has errors and it is very difficult to respond to users' messages, it is a lack of respect, and especially that it is very difficult to pay. Why would I work with such a server? there are so many servers that work ok, why should I work with him? I'm making fun of myself
it is checked off, meaning it's enabled, now I earn more?
