Could you please provide a screen or video of that? We have recently switched adnetwork and we are aware of some issues and trying to solve all that ASAP.
 
Hello there!
I'm trying to set up the subtitles through the iframe link, but it's not working at all. I've tried with srt, vtt, and other things, but every time I play the movie, it doesn't display the subtitles, even though the player has the default subtitle checked. Has anyone else encountered this issue? A little bit of help here, please?

One more thing to highlight, even though we selected mainstream ads, there are still adult ads. We thought that it's a cache problem, but it's been more than 20 hrs and we get the same ads.

I am having the same problem. I'm on mainstream ads but i see adult ADS !!! Please guys fix this issue.

Updating this, I spent many hours tracking down the harmful ad, and it seems to have been killed in the campaign, importantly, now your ad pops up a lot in the player for users. using 0% income, I can count 3 pop ups right now with 0% income user

I just figured it out.. For anyone facing this issue, you need to enable CORS in the .htaccess file to allow subtitles to be read through GET requests.
