I have been using this service since it was in Beta. In the last two weeks, and especially in the last week, uploading has not been working. There are a lot of problems with encoding and the like. Maybe you should reward us loyal and faithful users, because if someone uses your service for a very long time, it is fair and correct to get some benefits. I am sorry that the service is so bad, it used to be good.

web upload was working for me yesterday

does anyone else have the same issue as me with zoom uploader. upload speed is capped at 2meg a sec even though my upload speed on my connection is 10meg/sec

even with a VPN i still only get 2meg/sec

Yes, I did... after I searched, it turned out that I had entered the wrong wallet address.
You can email support for that problem, they will definitely help.

They have never answered my emails. I haven't ever changed my wallet address. I just got paid 9th February and now not.
