Maybe you are right... I do not know the market you are referring to...
I can give you only some data that i know like that since the changes got place the sales increased and there is stability for US, Japan, European countries... Many clients from those countries... The rest of the world are less... I suppose due to processor.

Maybe you should consider to offer your registered referrals an "offer they can not refuse" - for instance 6 months premium for the price of 3 (not for the one month subscriptions)
Many of these people registered a long time ago, and have clearly no intention to buy premium. Maybe such an offer can convince them to do. Must be thousands of people in total. Just filter them out and send them an email.
My mum always told me that sometimes it is better to accept small money instead of no money at all :-= And anyway, as they now download for free, they are not the biggest downloaders, so don't worry too much about server overloads - just convert free downloads in paid ones

The thing is before ppl try to undergo the registering procedure there on Ikoruna they go back and rather try to load the things for free. Also you guys where sales mabe appear as good should think about it. It could be 30% better at least i guess. A more easy going processor will increase sales without any doubts!
Another Filehost owner told me this from his statistics:
per 100sales: 15 on Ikoruna and 85 on the other one!
Mate, think about and finally increase your efforts becoming a 2nd stable payment processor.
