Can you make screenshot? Everything seems to work here...

It seems like the new FileMates limitations are working. Already 1 week and everything has just been increasing continuously.
 
If a premium user download a file, do you see it in your report? Or the download count in report only shows completed download from free users??

maybe your files are not adjusted to the new limitations... as you know now free users can download anything. so you should make some changes to grow your sales ;) like restrict to premium

general sales are doubled
 
once more he lost a payment processor thats why no one is buying something. Ikoruna and reseller as the only payment option is shit!

This is not how the things running!

People were chosing a hosts because it suits their posting habits it's not up to you! It would be the same If i go in a clothing store and they tell me i have to eat more or that i have to loose some wight that their clothes fits me! Ppl will use another store (host) where they will find what they want!

exactly unclde bob... so imagine filemates as a store. it now maybe doesn't suit your needs but the new deresses suit more people than before so the store will continue with this collection...

BTW FileMates did not lose a processor. Still have RBK ;) They did not ban FileMates.

VISA sent them an order to stop... They had no other option. VISA are the strong guys in this planet!
BUT ONLY VISA. Do you know what this means? That in a future (near) if they can seperate cards in the payment page, they can enable again payments of FileMates for other cards. For the moment their system doesn't permit it...

no leecher host my friend. it is what the majority of the memebers asked to change. and what i asked in order not to close the host. The other way it could not work... now more people earn. if this is my true face then i prefer it...

Well, if you say that you were earning and now not, i suppose you had files larger than 400MB as that was the restriction for registered members and only premiums could download more than 400MB file size.

So, the only thing you need to do is to change your files to premium only. The users will then see the same message as before. They will see that they need to upgarde to get the file.

This is the only serious change FileMates did. File size permitted to get downloaded free.
So, this can be solved that way. Why do you think you can't???

filemates with this cloudflare situation i think you need make a IDM tutorial for filemates... because the users dont know how to download from filemates...because the cloudflare...

Can you think in do that??? and post in your website
 
First time I hear of filemates...
Someone sent me a download link. The file is 36MB or so and I get a message I need to buy premium in order to download?!
Are you guys serious? As if I'm going to buy premium for a measly 36MB...
Why would anyone even use a filelocker like that?
What a joke...

支払い方法 will point the users to pctime.gr and they are asked to buy some php script to get a filemates premium account as complement... no wonder sales are going down the drain.

souza, pcTime is an alternative way of purchase. not a main one. buyers can buy a script and take FREE a filemates voucher.
there is aso paymentwall, digitadiko, downloadnolimit ;)

I just don't visit WJ often because I only registered here some time ago to talk about FileServe back when they were alive.

I find it funny that you didn't even respond with some explanation why you guys feel that people should buy a premium even for a file as small as 36MB.

- Why are you so greedy that you have to charge for even such a small file?
- Why on earth would you put a button on your website "FREE DOWNLOAD" while in fact there's nothing free about it?

The way you handled my comment here was far from professional IMO. I guess you feel offended? Well you shouldn't... I think I'm quite correct when I say you run a greedy business.

How would you expect me to pay for your service if I can't even try it out first?
I can imagine that people are required to purchase a premium when they try downloading large file (ie: 500+ MB) but a file smaller than 50MB? Come on...

EDIT: Oh, I get it now... you offer your users the option to make files only downloadable as premium.
That's just so wrong :thumbdown: At least for small files.

I think you should do a new guide to point the user to a more direct way of making payment. When people see they have to buy a script (which I doubt many will understand what it is and how the hell is it relevant to them) and get a voucher, they get confused and cancel halfway.

Why don't you ask the dude who upload the 36MB file to make it free for you? He chose to make it downloadable exclusively for premium user. What can the host do about it? It is his file and he choose what to do with it. Filehost can't force him to make it free for all.
