Hello Filemates.

I found the name of your host in downloadnolimit.com's list of files hosts, but they say ( At this moment no Premium accounts FileMates.com for sale ) !.

Would you please add it again as a new choice for buying a premium accounts.

DL1 OR/AND DL4 are down it seems, when trying to access a link for a backup it freezes when trying to 'Generate link' the reason i am saying DL1 is down is that other links are working for different backups. I have retrieved backups form DL2, DL3 with no problem. its ether DL1 or DL4

Please look into it

What's going on with the payment for this week?

For Payza know that there are problems, but Moneybookers there are no problems with the payment!
If is there any problem with payment please be informed!?

I can not open any file downloaded from filemates.com, they all look bad.
How is this possible? Can anyone help me?
 
something is wrong with some payment method ???? because my sales drop in this last 5 days. i have so much register but nobody buy a premium account

and stop answer for filemates... if i we say that something was wrong... something is really wrong.. because was a drop of sales in this last days... and if i compare with last month...

i am only asking if something was wrong with some payments methods...

no there is no technical problem. Though, it is true there is a general drop of sales mainly coming from asian countries...

technically though all the processors work as always worked as far as i know
