Normally i have 3-8 sales a day , don't call me a lazy bum I do work for it! :p
have also around 40sales this month but it stopped friday.
the most premium sales were generated in western europe according my site statistics/visitors

Problem continues!

i still think something is wrong with the payment processors...maybe you dont know about it or you havent been informed...because i dont have sales but the number of referalls i make per day didnt change...its like they cant buy premium...
 
Anyone knows what's going on with Payza ? Bank transfers are 'temporally' disabled for some countries ;-(

"Withdraw funds by bank transfer has been temporarily disabled for bank accounts in specific countries. You cannot transfer funds into the bank accounts currently linked to your Payza account."

Edit : received a reply from Payza

"At this time it is not possible to withdraw funds out of your Payza e-wallet by bank transfer. We are in the process of transitioning to a new service provider for bank transfer withdrawals and during this transition, certain Payza members will unfortunately not be able to withdraw funds out of their Payza account by bank transfer. We anticipate that we will be able to restore bank transfer services to Payza members by the beginning of the new year"

So in other words, they implement a new system, it takes weeks (and in the mean time they block everyone's money... What if I had an e-commerce for living and use Payza ? No withdrawing means in this case no money to buy food and Christmas presents for the kids...

I also have problems with my filemates account, was selling around 7 accounts a day and since friday im selling like 1 or 2 per day and 0 today...

Something is wrong!
 
please add available data left for DL for the day so we can see how much or how many Mbs are left... many users are asking for this... thanks

BTW, don't have any sales since Friday too...

Password for files, why ???

Today after a few weeks I started to upload again,

(Great all is back online FM and working)

Back to my issue,
Now every files gets the Lock icon behind it for password.
I never set a password in my account and yes I can remove it by leaving the field blank and submit.

What is this setting for? "Protect your files" against what, why, I don't get this setting and why is it now automated?
Do I need to give that password to downloaders?

Maybe I am just stupid, but please clear this up for me.
