how much can one download in a day? today i just downloaded 12 Gb and now i cant download anymore... I usually download once or twice a week when time permits and I thought the limit was 40G for a day?
 
i suppose they should... i say suppose not because i do not know but because it doen't depend on me.

if alertpay and skrill deposit the money sent on time you will have it as always today... ;)
 
No. Only through iKoruna there is webmoney for those who want to buy with that... Also, sales through webmoney were very low... No sense to keep it... It was very distruptive. It is a notice that less buttons have in the payment page, more sales are coming...

Users have no multiple choice to select from and do not get confused. This way they try to buy with the available forms...

sales situation looks bad again....:(...anyway....i have to congratulate filemates for the great stability of the website....i am sure the attacks didnt stop but the website was up and running 24/7

i know sales are a bit down... they will come up again...

as stability problems got solved the same will be done with processing.

i sware that more than 350 processors have been contacted. more or less the responses were:
1) we accept only from UK merchants
2) we accept only from US merchants
3) we do not accept file hosts
4) we accept bigger businesses only with more than 1 million euros per month
5) no response at all
6) in process

About 1 and 2 i am very sorry not to be born in UK or US as my life would be much easier... Example: Authorize.net, stripe and other solutions accept residents of those countries with businesses in US but not overseas ;(

About 3 it is a shame... but we all know that the market doesn't have file hosts in appraisal...

4... if i had 1 million euros per month of income i would have a security deposit in a bank so high that any bank would give me a merchant account tomorrow morning...

5... just no comment

and about 6, i am in contact and waiting and waiting and waiting response from over 15 processors... Sent management accounts, processing history with great results... Do you know what it means that filemates has less than 2% voided transactions...
Very little chargebacks and refunds in its history... It is proof of quality of service.

So, to sum up, i send daily around 4-5 requests... This means, research of processors (do not think that there are millions...), contact them with a new text and details matching their profile... in other words, a dedicated support and loss of time for every request...

I hope you unerstand and i hope i have good news soon. I just hope!!!

Mate, wath happening with moneybookers/Payment?
We hope to be paid today? I can not understanding why there is always a delay? Upload funds/Bank transfer ROCESSING from 2 to 5 days with free fee... just make the transaction a few days earlier to avoid delays, and all is OK
