It would be nice to be paid all payment from old year 2012, to start the new year with a clean slate no obligations.
But this is your decision, not my.

I am not a pessimist, but if you have any liabilities from the old year so... maybe we will go and the next year thaht :)

Do you think i am doing all this effort, dedicating even more than 18 hours a day, every day, to get it up and running and grow, without being the owner of record?
 
Sales has been in a f*cked up state for a long while. I wonder if it is due to the payment processors or simply because user cannot download as easily as before... The sales of my other host has shot through the roof but Filemates has been very dismal... This is rather unusual.

You didn't answer the question.

My question is not whether you are - currently - the Owner of Record.

My question - which only requires a "Yes" of "No" answer - is whether you will be the Owner of Record after January 1, 2013.

The reason I asked was because of the deferred PayOut.

The timing of the deferrred PayOut struck me as odd - and it was especially worrisome as it's after January 1st - which in most cases is a new Business Year.

I was concerned that FileMates' may have a new owner, on or after January 1.

While I and most of the rest of us have learned that we can rely on your word - that sense of trust is also tempered by the fact that many of us have been "burned" in the past.

I hope you now understand the reasoning behind my question.

the problem is on filemates... since they put cloudflare sometimes the download in download manager work sometimes not..

this error on IDM is not normal...

This dl3 server has issues many times.

Files hosted there are reporting this error:

Error happened when generating Download Link.
Please try again or Contact administrator.
